Beseech began with a photograph that I was drawn to—civil rights attorney, Benjamin Crump, with an outstretched hand and an expression that felt poignant and deeply human.

This is one of my largest and most distinctive works, which made the process especially rewarding. Working at this scale allowed me to spend more time refining the subtle details in the face, gesture, and clothing texture, shaping a figure that feels present and intentional from every angle.

More than anything, this piece reflects my interest in capturing important moments, where expression and posture do the storytelling.
